Peter Grexa is the visionary behind Phillips Capital, LLC having dedicated nearly two decades to investing in undervalued real estate assets. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a BA in Economics, Peter is also an alumni member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.

 

As an expert in Real Estate Arbitrage and virtual wholesaling strategies and systems, Peter excels in identifying undervalued and profitable real estate assets throughout the US. Before establishing Phillips Capital, LLC, Peter held various senior leadership and business development roles at global technology giants, including Sun Microsystems, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, and Nortel Networks. His last corporate role was Vice President of Infrastructure Management at global IT Consultancy Tech Mahindra, where he assisted global Fortune 500 organizations in implementing their cloud computing and data storage strategies.

Peter's expertise extends beyond real estate with a keen interest in global finance and investing, international economics, mergers and acquisitions, and emerging technology trends. Outside of his professional life, Peter is passionate about global travel, diverse cultures, high-intensity fitness, and organic foods.
